   I completely understand that there are times when a home practice is easier than others. This time of year we tend to start out the month of January on top of our game, pushing toward any big goals we have set and reminding ourselves of the small resolutions we felt so passionate about at the end of December. The New Moon currently in Capricorn is a great energy for powering through those resolutions and setting yourself up for success! But maybe you are already feeling burnt or discouraged as we make our way into the last half of the month. Have you been pushing yourself too hard, or not pushing at all?

   As we well know, thanks to Instagram quotes and "gurus", life is about balance. And in the spirit of finding balance this time of year, (and slowing down, restoring, receiving) I would like to share this wonderful yoga flow with you. Take some time to unwind and rest so you can arrive at your destination feeling whole and at ease rather than someone who has just been through the trenches.

   This flow was created by one of our local yoga teacher, Angelina. You can find her on social media as AU Yoga, at Inner Evolution Yoga, and if you are reading this as I am publishing it, then you may want to check out her upcoming workshop at Ground Up Redlands. She is a wealth of knowledge, full of compassion and has the most soothing voice. This flow is so juicy and although it will prepare you for a peaceful night's sleep, I find it can be done at any time of day if you need some serious calm.
